Business: Born and raised in the Hospitality Industry.

                1998 to Present. Managing Director The Armada's Group of Companies incorporating Armada's All-Suites, Hotels & Resorts Pty. Ltd., Armada's Holdings International Pty. Ltd. and Director - CEO CROMAC Group Limited, undertaking a US $4.672 billion project consisting of US$ 2.877 billion 3 facets in the Philippines of an Integrated Beach Resort, a CBD Mixed Use Development in Metro Manila and a CBD Mixed Use Development in a major provincial capital; a US $1.483 billion 2 facets in New Zealand Click here for photographic detail) of an Integrated Resort and the other, a city CBD Mixed Use Development; a US $53 million facet in Timor-Leste of a Commercial development Hotel and a Beach Resort; a US $ 131 million National Nature Park Resort in China; and, a US $128 million 3 facet castles' redevelopment in Germany consisting of Schloss Langenzell Hotel & Resort, Heidelberg; Hofgut Mariahalden Hotel & Resort, Baden Baden; and, Schloss Lieser Hotel Development, Lieser, Germany.

1995 to 1998. Accommodation and Hospitality Division Manager, PT. Metropolitan Kencana, opening and operating their luxury serviced apartments (402 units), assisting in the development of an additional 6 towers, opening, operating their luxury offices (42,000 m˛) and assisting in the development of an additional 3 towers as well as concurrently developing a 358 room 5 star international hotel all in Pondok Indah, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. 1992 to 1995. MD Armada's All-Suites, Hotels & Resorts, Inc., EGI-KEYLINK International, Inc., KEYLINK International, Inc. and Executive Vice President - Hospitality Operations E. Ganzon, Inc. (EGI) involved in all-suites, hotels and resorts ownership, operations, management, consultancy, planing, finance, insurance, broking, construction, construction materials manufacturing, management placement and serviced business centres in Cebu, Makati, Manila, Lian Batangas, Boracay Island & Balbagon Island, Iloilo Province. 1989 to 1993. Manager/Consultant, Sundowner Development Corporation, based in Cebu as VP/GM Centrepoint Hotel Cebu, Clarkton House Angeles City, Sundowner Hotel Manila and Club Bohemia Manila. From January 1992 until January 1993 this was concurrent with my own operations as I stayed with this corporation whilst they attempted to recruit a suitable replacement.

1986 to 1989. GM and licensed nominee of Kallangur Hotel/Motel and Wallaby Hotel Mudgeeraba, planning of Mooloolaba International, and Settlers' Cove Resort [823 suites and rooms]. Concurrent GM & Chairman, Board of Directors, Settlers' Cove Resort, Kallangur Hotel Motel & R.F. Thompson Bloodstock (NZ) Ltd.

1984 to 1986. Concurrently appointed as Chief Superintendent to the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary as Commandant Police College and Officer In Charge Training Development. [2,000 on campus]

1981 to 1986. MD & GM Paradise Enterprises Pty Ltd operating hotels copra & cocoa plantations, joiner, real estate development and consultancy in PNG, the Philippines and Thailand. [280 rooms]

1981 to 1984. GM and Licensee Papua Hotel, Port Moresby, PNG. Reputed the best dining in South Pacific (average 1,500 covers daily). [98 rooms]

1977 to 1981. GM of Hotels, Resorts, Sports & Recreation Centres as well as operational consulting in New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines and Thailand.

1966 to 1977. As extra curricular appointments in most military postings as a commissioned officer, responsible for the conduct and administration of Bases' hospitality/catering activities, including diplomatic entertaining and banqueting, equivalent responsibilities to GM of 600 room hotel and resort complex.

Military: After 4 years in Cadets attain the rank of CUO, enlisted in the Australian Regular Army as both an Infantry and Special Forces soldier, commissioned from the Officer Cadet School, PORTSEA, in 1966, attaining the rank of Major in January, 1977. Service in Australia, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore, South Vietnam, United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Europe, United States, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea was effected.
